Those who wish to participate in the scientific program are invited to submit an abstract to the Secretariat, with the following minimum technical requirements:

      ? Language : English only
      ? Length : Limited to one (1) page (approximately 500 words) including tables and figures
      ? Use A4 paper and a one-column format
      ? Submissions should reach the Secretariat no later than July 30, 2008
      ? Full text submission to be published in conference proceedings
